Billy Gibbons

Billy Gibbons is an American musician, producer as well as an actor, most known for his melodic rifts as the lead guitarist for ZZ Top.

Gibbons has collaborated with many different artists and genres in recent years, along with acting with other artists on television shows, most notably Bones. He was ranked at # 32 on the 2011 Rolling Stone list of the 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time. ZZ Top’s most recent album La Futura was released in September 2012.

Gibbons is also an ordained minister. Billy Gibbons wed a Texas couple in an IKEA furniture store on Valentine’s Day in 2008. Gibbons has joined couples in eight different states. More recently he resided over Bill Joe Shaver’s wedding in Las Vegas in 2006, Bill being a famous country singer. Of his latest official job as a minister, the rocker says, "there is no better way to spend a Valentine’s holiday than to join a couple in marriage in the middle of a pretty cool furniture store!"
