An award winning actress and song writer, Barbra has acted in many films and produced many hit singles. She attained her following and popularity for her voice, as she started her career as a singer as a cabaret singer. This eventually led her through school and onto Broadway stages.

Barbra Streisand has received countless awards, ranging from Oscar awards, Tony awards, Emmy awards, Grammy awards, Golden Globes, and much more. The list goes on and on. Being the creator and founder of the Streisand Foundation, she has been a committed pro-environment supporter for many years. She is also an ordained minister from Universal Life Church.
